5 Years ago you could fly anywhere without much trouble. Things have changed and while most professionals know when and where they can and can't fly, I have talked with multiple clients who have been burned because there hired help wasn't "aware". Things as simple as flying over people, Flying in commercial air space, or even in some state and federal parks can leave you with a huge fines as well as possible jail time. I am commercially licensed and strive to stay current with new laws and rules .
